New Look Operational Simplification

As part of the New Look turnaround programme the Executive Chairman asked us to complete an objective operational review of the business focusing on what we believed to be some of the root cause issues impacting the business and it's core customer proposition.

Within 3 weeks –  we presented the most pressing issues back to the business allowing immediate action to be taken and a stabilisation plan to be established. We continued to support the business on simplification projects for a further 18 months, delivering +£23m of operational improvements.
